  • Notice:

In an effort to streamline system maintenance, AIR will be taking all online systems offline once per month.  This will allow AIR to systematically roll out updates. Additional updates that won’t cause disruption to live systems may still occur outside of the maintenance window.

The next scheduled maintenance window will be from 6 p.m. on Friday, July 28 until 11 p.m. on Sunday, July 30.  The DeSSA portal and all systems accessed through the DeSSA portal will be offline during this window.

  • NeoSpeech Voice Pack License Update

The current license keys for the NeoSpeech VW Julie (English) and VW Violeta (Spanish) voice packs for Windows are set to expire on May 3, 2017. Any schools or districts that are using these voice packs for testing will need to update this license key information prior to May 3 in order to continue using them. The voice packs will not need to be re-installed. To support districts in updating the license keys, AIR has provided detailed instructions and an updated license key available in TIDE under the section General Resources>Voice Packs. For a complete list of approved voice packs, see p. 50 of the Technical Specifications Manual. AIR apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause to schools.
