  • Notice: In an effort to streamline system maintenance, AIR will be taking all online systems offline once per month.  This will allow AIR to systematically roll out updates. Additional updates that won’t cause disruption to live systems may still occur outside of the maintenance window. The next scheduled maintenance window will be from 6 p.m. on Friday, January 26 until 11 p.m. on Sunday, January 28.  The DeSSA portal and all systems accessed through the DeSSA portal will be offline during this window.

  • Notice: Please note the following deadlines for placing initial and additional orders of paper and pencil test materials for the Smarter Summative Paper/Pencil Test Window taking place April 25 - May 11:

    • Initial Order: Jan 31, 2018: Please select "Paper/Pencil" under "Designated Supports (Non-Embedded)" as necessary  in TIDE by January 31, 2018 to be included in the initial Smarter order. Materials from the initial order will arrive in district by April 18, 2018. 
    • Additional Orders: Apr 18 – May 5, 2018: During these dates please contact your District Administrator or District Test Coordinator to place additional orders for Smarter Paper/Pencil test forms in TIDE
    • Return Materials: No later than May 15, 2018.  All Smarter materials must be shipped from the district to Measurement Incorporated (MI) by this date in order to be scored.
